Due to hygiene reasons, panties are generally not eligible for return or exchange, except where an item is defective or an incorrect item has been sent.

Returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, colour preference or personal preference are not accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Sizing

Size information is provided on the relevant product pages. Customers are encouraged to check the measurements carefully before placing an order.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs to help us verify your request.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Any item approved for return or exchange must be in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags or labels attached, where applicable.

Please do not return any item without prior approval.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Where we have confirmed that a defective or incorrect item was sent, Classy Missy Lingerie will bear the applicable return shipping costs.

6. Exchange Processing

Approved exchanges will generally be processed within 3–5 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability and other relevant circumstances.

7. Price Difference

If an approved replacement item is priced higher than the original item, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

If the replacement item is priced lower, the price difference will not be refunded, except where required by applicable law.

8. Exchange Limit

Each eligible item may only be exchanged once, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Return Instructions

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.

10. Promotional Panties & Colour Availability

Certain promotional panties may be available in assorted colours.

If the selected colour is unavailable when your order is processed, we reserve the right to fulfil the order with another available colour of the same design and model without prior notice.

11. Refunds

Where a refund is approved or required under applicable law, the refund will be processed through an appropriate payment method after the relevant details have been verified.
