A flat shipping rate of RM8.00 applies to all orders delivered within West Malaysia.

Free delivery is available when your order meets the following minimum purchase amount:

• West Malaysia: RM200 and above
• East Malaysia: RM250 and above

Orders may be delivered via Pos Laju Malaysia, Shopee-supported delivery services, or other courier services where applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us via WhatsApp before your order has been shipped. Once the parcel has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Once your order has been shipped, the relevant tracking information will be provided. You may track your parcel through the respective courier or delivery service using the tracking details provided.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched on the next working day after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
