There is no cancellation will be allowed once order been placed and payment been made.
Delivery usually will takes about 3-5 workings days within West Malaysia and 7-10 workings days within East Malaysia.
Please bear in mind that the delivery period will be vary depend on the courier company chosen and delivery area.
- Due to hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted for panties sold. We will do our best to ensure that all items sold are intact.
- Panty size details are provided on each product page. If you have questions about panty size/measurement, we recommend customers/buyers to consult customer service before placing an order.
- We offer 1 exchange if the item is defective. Our company does not accept return requests other than product defects.
- The customer will bear the shipping cost of returning the item to us. However, if we send the wrong or defective item, we will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us for an exchange within 3 days of receipt of the item. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, laundered, and have all original labels attached.
- Returns/exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned item.
